Are your employees insured?

At Your Service staff is fully licensed and insured.

Do you provide references?

Yes, if needed, references will be happily supplied.

When does At Your Service staff arrive?

Depending on the size and type of gathering, we like to have access to a venue two hours before the event starts. This can vary depending on the complexity of the menu.

How will At Your Service waitstaff and bartenders be dressed?

Our standard uniform is a white tuxedo shirt with black dress pants and a distinctive v-neck tuxedo apron. If requested, uniforms can be adjusted to suit the style or theme of your event.

Who orders the rentals, such as chairs, glassware, and linens?

The client usually orders rentals, but we would be happy to help with this task. The charge is based upon the time expended (this usually only involves telephone time). Please call 774-270-5074 for details.

How far in advance of my event should I call At Your Service?

The more notice we have, the better. A good rule of thumb is two weeks for corporate events and two to three months for private events. Of course we understand some events require next-day service due to unforeseen circumstances. We will work diligently to accommodate your request.

At Your Service can provide anything you need for your event, even if your request seems out of the ordinary. If I cannot satisfy the request myself, I will work very hard—through my professional network—to find someone who can.”
